Responsibilities
Initiate business to business sales relationships.
Develop detailed proposals encompassing multiple services.
Attend networking meetings.
Assignment management.
Building trusting relationships.
Provide high-impact Communication.
Responsible for prospecting and closing to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound selling strategies that ensure revenue growth by selling to new customers only.
Manage prospects by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in the prospect database.
Devise sales approaches and solutions.
Sales negotiation.
Sales opportunity analysis.
Requirements
3 years in a non-consumer based industrial sales, commercial sales, or service industry environment.
3 – 5 years experience selling contract based services to medium to large sized Manufacturing and Industrial customers.
Experience with negotiating contract terms & conditions and pricing negotiations.
Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management and the ability to Multi-task
Self motivated and goal oriented with a desire to make above average compensation.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to provide ideas and programs unique to each customer’s needs.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to make decisions based on set policy’s and procedures.
Able to effectively work effectively in an fast paced environment that requires multiple tasks to be completed in addition to meeting a new business quota.
Ability to work individually and with a team towards a common goal.
